Fast drying and easy application.
Biochem’s WB paint dries within 30 minutes. Such dry speed is comparable to the drying time of NC paint and faster than that of PU. Most of the facilities and equipment’s used for Solvent based paint (NC or PU) can also be used to apply WB paint.
Extremely good UV resistance, especially white paint’s anti-yellowing ability.
Biochem WB paint turn Yellow much slower than Solvent based paint such as NC and PU. This is also the current advantage of Biochem outdoor furniture paint that other water-based paints, including ordinary water-based paints, cannot meet.
Health and safety of production workers and users, especially children.
High levels TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Contents)often found in Solvent based paint is known may cause heart, lung, kidney and cancer disearse. Biochem’s WB paint has very low VOC level. Biochem’s WB passed Greenguard Gold standards, a very well-known very strict international standards of TVOC. Biochem’s paint therefore is safe for production workers and end users.
Biochem’s WB also passed European standard for the safety of toys (EN71-3). It means WB paint is safe for the furniture, toys and other products used by adults and children.
Low Costs.
WB paint consumption per kg is around 8 to 12 m2 per square meter. As WB paint consumptions per m2 is less than half of that of NC or PU, WB’s overall costs per m2 is lower than NC and PU.
